Pleas don't [:)] Apart from unescorted invasions, storming tough places is the weakest point in the current AI. He is overaggressive and can really beat himself to death against the wall piecemeal instead of the correct approach of concentrating / bombing / starving out the opposition.

Not sure if the Marine Rgmt can make it from Batan to Clark afield in time. Only 10k supplies at CF

Massive air attack AM/PM at CF for the last week. Various KB have attacked whenever their
planes are in range. One KB sent 44 TB to hit the airfield.

All my fighters that survived the first two weeks of the war in the PI have been reassigned

Time to start the submarine supply runs.

Should the subs go in as single ship TF or a larger one? I don’t want to loose them to air attacks

Thanks to both of you for comments and suggestions

Some people have luck slipping in AKLs one at a time to Bataan, since u probably have it mined and of course the heavy guns. You have nothing to lose but some AKLs.

Right now there is too many surface action TF and carrier TF in the area to try to send surface ships.

I did leave some xAKL in Manila to for use in picking up supplies from the various PI islands but the IJAAF was very
good at tracking them down in port and sinking them.

A combination of tunnel vision and no detectin by patrol crafts allow an SCTF to attack ships resupplying Midway.
Something for the JFB to cheer.

Have to send my own SCTF to hang out near wake, also more patrol air crafts

14 out of 92 bombs have hit the airfield.
I do not know what is scarier: that I do understand nothing of this demonic script or that I am starting to see the demons that it evokes.

1st landing against Ambon and 2nd landing at Tarakan

The FA and CD guns at Tarakan got many hits on the invasion fleet, no so at Ambon. But the FA/CD guns at Ambon did
damage a Dd.

Am would of those odd fellows that was in the Army and the Navy. My army time I was in a Field Artillery unit assigned to the 101st Abn Div. Shortly after getting to the unit, and having not worked in my main MOS I was place as a section chief of one of the 105 guns. So I had to relearn all, the things that were taught to me in AIT. To make a long story short, on my first time at the direct fire range I was able to direct my crew, to hit the target with all three rounds fired. 1st Sargent offered a case of beer to any gun crew that could get a 1st round hit. My gun crew was the only one in the Battery that got the beer

If u want to give him a real treat at Clark move in the Marine RGT for a few weeks.
Pleas don't [:)] Apart from unescorted invasions, storming tough places is the weakest point in the current AI. He is overaggressive and can really beat himself to death against the wall piecemeal instead of the correct approach of concentrating / bombing / starving out the opposition.

Took GetAssista advice about AI poor land combat ability. Switch to H2H and order shock attacks at several places. Clark Field has fallen

Bad break at Clark but as it looks you are doing well so far, especially with you being ahead of him in shooting down his aricraft and about even in ship loses. Looking forward to seeing how this develops.

The disadvantage of Clark Field falling first is to bar the units still in Manila cannot
retreat to Bataan. Manila fell the day after Clark and th units retreated to the SE.
