Lost north africa - help

Playing a MP game, enemy is in great britain and captured London, plus I am getting knocked out of Egypt (lost) However, it's March 42 and Eastern Front is good for me.

What do you suggest on my next step. I have a feeling will try to go through Iran to Caucasus.

I would make him fight for every inch all the way to kuwait/Iran. Tie up as many forces as possible. Try to press him in Russia. Are the Americans capable of hitting North africa (say algeria)? Anything to bleed units.
