Can't access PBEM game

When I try to access a PBEM I get this after clicking multiplayer.

then something inputted is wrong, either a space or an error, without the correct information, it won't work

Thanks Zakblood but that's the screen I get I can't input anything. How can I bypass that and put in a new name/password?

go into the doc's folder and find where the game data is and delete the file with the password in it, it's called config and retry

Thanks. I found two files called config and deleted both but the result was the same.

only option now then is full staff support and open a support ticket, as tbh if you delete the file, you have to input it again once the game loads, so it seems something lese is wrong, which tbh i'm not sure of what it could be, as advice offered has worked here in the past with the game
