Hadn’t played TOAW since cow. What dues the green dot to the left of a unit mean?

Means it is not overstacked I believe.

Orange and red dots indicate moderate to severe overstacking

Not overstacked is no dot, a green dot indicates the lowest level of over stacked penalty.

Paragraph 13:10 says:
If you present the other Force with a dense concentration of equipment, so that he can’t help but hit something with every shot, you may take excessive losses.

That assumes I am under attack.

Does that issue also apply if I am making an attack?
