Book: The Unit Guide

Post by Mikawa »

6 volumes containing everything you would want to know about Australian Army OOB in world war 2

Not cheap. Just received and it looks to be well written and organized. Recommended for OOB nerds.

Looks like a good value for 6 volumes. $200 USD. I'm sure it will come down in a few years anyway....GP

Pretty sure that's A$200, or around US$140 at present ratee of exchange ... of course, the postage will be the killer, as there is no such thing as cheap postage from Australia to the rest of the world (though the reverse is often not true).

I guess it is 600 volumes for the German OOB, and 6000 volumes for the Soviet OOB then.

Just received my copy, looks at first flick through to be an excellent set of books.

I would liked to have seen some more OOB, but I have a lot of these from the War Diaries.

AUD$209, well worth it.
