Scenario Creation

Anyone interested in developing a scenario to quite specific specs? Willing to pay $10 (planning on asking for a series based on different threat and scenario types- depending on how this goes)

Essentially I am looking for someone to make a scenario which will be quite large, not strictly based on real-life (ie no narrative or realistic oob required). The scenario will be to generate just the Red (and possibly Green) forces as I will add in the Blue forces. This is so that I can test various 'fantasy fleets'. I have created some big scenarios myself but since I know what is coming (even making it as random as possible) it gives me an unfair/unrealistic advantage.

The scenario will need to be randomized as much as possible to add replay value, include Air, ASW and ASuW threats. I am still thinking about more detail of what I am looking for but wanted to gauge interest before do too much else.
