PBEM++ Issue

Hi im playing an opponent via PBEM ++ and after playing out turn 9 i got the usual message to say the turn was sent to my opponent a few days later the turn is back at my end in the load next turn page, I loaded the turn only to find it was the same turn sent to me a few days earlier any suggestions,

The battle of Medjerda is almost forgotten,but was fought against highly disciplined German troops and blasted a route straight to Tunis it was a perfect infiltration battle and should be remembered as the best fought British battle of the war.

That's weird. Did it get resolved in any way or is it still a problem?
