Orders got fouled up and this 1/3rd of division shocks across the river in and then is savaged the following day.

Chinese marching forward in a broad front.

The line around Yenki is horribly weak...can't understand why the Soviets aren't pushing forward.

Something I always forget I guess

Your opponents doesn't always know how weak you are in certain places, or how strong you are in others!

I have been aiming to hit these oilers for several days now...and a Val squadron gets an afternoon shot at them. I suspect the Allies will be able to save them.[:(]

If they carried fuel, as they should, then may burn up...

91 more days till the 3rd Tank Division forms up and arrives.

Japan can stop this advance, I think, but the cost in supplies and allocating forces here weaken other areas.

Allies just have so many units.

There is 80K oil at Miri and Brunei combined....and that is it. So, lets say the economy can limp along for four months I suspect ... less if the Allies bomb industry on Honshu which is in easy reach.

Why Tarakan and Balikpapan are out of the equation?

Anyhow, the endangering of your remaining fuel resources -together with failed seizure of the greatest part of them n Sumatra- is the bleakest part of your current campaign

Outnumbered, lacking AT guns, but the 65th Brigade fights tenaciously on. Look at those lousy AA guns.[:(]

Should hold norther Luzon for awhile. 65th Brigade holds firm despite being seriously outnumbered, and forts hold for a 2nd straight day.
