Merging Convoys Bug

In new version 2.9, when there are three or more convoys in a hex or sea box, and merge convoys is selected, a box comes up with the question, "Merge all convoy points?" If you select "yes", then nothing happens. If you select "no" and then one convoy to merge, then they will merge.
