Strategic for Africa

What is the best strategy for Africa? ... I think it's almost impossible for Italians and Germans to do something there if the allied player has a lot of aviation and three CVs ....
I tried to carry all my fighters, but their bombers attacked twice and swept me out of the skies.

You should look at some of Sugar's play through.

Take Malta
Operate the whole or majority of the Luftwaffe.
Invest in long range.
Ensure you have the GE and IT maritime bombers.
Keep planes away from the shore.
Make sure there is a 2nd GE HQ just for the planes.
Kill Allied ships and planes first
Once you have Siwa oasis, plant HQ there to support olanes around it out of range of CVs.
Note CVs cant restore their air wings to better than 8 without going all the way home.
