Windows 10 and windows size

is there any way to get the windows size bigger? I run a 1900x1600 resolution.

I do not care about the resolution but I just want a bigger window to play it in

Use the -px -py switches. Read whatsnew.pdf for explanation.
Also you may have to define a custom resolution in your graphics driver GUI to get the -px -py switches to work, since there has to be an entry for the wanted resolution in the drivers resolution database. Normally only standard resolutions are predefined. All others have to be manually created.
