Questions about TOAW4

Post by OxfordCalculator »

Hi,

Does the game work without internet access?

Does the game have issues with Windows 10?

If I get the boxed version, the manual is a hardback? The DVD will be fine with Windows 10?

Thanks!

You need the internet for pbem and updates.
The game works well with win10.
The box includes a DVD and hard cover manual....GP

I had to do a safe mode start on Win 10 to install it. Bit of a PITA, but working just fine now.

Windows 10 install worked fine for us during our testing, and also on my private PC.

You do not need an Internet connection for singleplayer, but as mentioned you do need it to play multiplayer, at least for the time when you are sending an receiving moves.

A little off the subject but is a boxed edition upgrade available?
I didn't know how much I was going to like this game [:D]
