I am unsure if I understand the problem correctly, but I assume you lost the password of the save? If so, I can retrieve a password from a savegame

Erik, they're trying to recover a PBEM password. I have offered to try to get someone like Joe to help. I have been emailing with Enforcer....GP

Ok, understood. I don't have the capability to recover PBEM passwords, nor do 2by3 for AE. I'm guessing Joe or Michael would be the best chance here. I'll drop Joe an e-mail and ask him if he is able to assist.

Regards,

- Erik

I talked to Joe Wilkerson and he said that there are layers of security in AE. So recovery of a password is not possible. I keep a notebook for my pbem's and one thing I keep in the notebook is my password. You may have to redo your first turn....GP

I got the same reply from Joe - unfortunately even the devs cannot recover passwords now due to the extra security added in AE.
