Is there a spread sheet/more info available?

I did download the 1.4v software and there was a
spread sheet in there with all the stats, etc, but,
it looks like the commercial version has some new
stuff in it (for example, energy guided missiles). Also,
I'm assuming some of the stats have changed between
the freeware and comerical versions.

Also, I see no reference to VH in the manual. (I did figure
out it is virual height from reading posts here, BUT, it does
not appear to be explained in the manual).

Also, the modifiers listed in the factory are not really explained
in the manual. Other details are missing - for example, how much damage can a shield take before being overloaded.

I'm the type of person who likes to understand all the details
since it makes you a better player. l'd like to see something with all the equations in it.

The WS versions of such files have been posted here by Larkin in some thread. There will be a release of a pdf file where both files have been merged, Eric is working on it.

The manual does not contain all the info for the game, nor was that its aim. It is complemented by the factory's help system (available through F1) and the tutorial.

The shield may overload whenever it is hit, depending on the weapon's damage there's a chance for it to happen - it does not overload when it gets a certain amount of damage.
