Labor battalion moved into the sea

Hi, when a german motorized unit moved near Sirte the british labor battalion that was inside the town moved 1 hex into the sea.
they should be very good swimmers [:D]

No sorry I've the save just after it happened and the save at the start of turn
The Sirte base had inside just one US fort depleted and the labor battalion.
The HQ the labor btn was attached to (8th army or X Br corps ) had already relocated to Benghazi in the same turn.
when the motorized moved near Sirte the US fort vanished and the labor btn made two blinks (like he didn't know where to move) and at last moved into the sea.
