Austrian Army

I got an Alliance with Austria several turns ago. Now each unit has only 5 action points and I cannot move them. What is going on with them?

You need to set the Austrian army Hqs to be subordinate to OKW. It is not getting enough supplies.
Favoritism is alive and well here.
