Disable Victory Points?

It's Mid 43 and the game says I,ve won due to Victory points but I want to keep playing. Is there anyway to disable automatic end to the game and keep playing?

I've been there and as far as I know no - and very annoying. Especially if you are one turn away from doing that brilliant move you have been planning for for so long!

Using the bitter end scenario for the whole war game is the only way of guaranteeing you can get to T224 at least.

Do you mean using the bitter end scenario? In that there is no win condition until Turn224 (in 1945), so there can never be a point when it says anyone has a victory until 1945. So if you chose that scenario for the game you are guaranteed to be able to go on to T224

Thanx. I'm F*****iING Pissed! The time I spent on this game and I had goals all the while thinking I had until 45 to clear the board! After the pounding I took the first game I was patting myself on the back doing the the pounding this time and then that F****ing little movie pops up and says GAME OVER!
