Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm Player's Edition - which I have

then there is this: "Flashpoint Campaigns: Germany Reforged is an expansion for Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm and requires Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm"

I'm thinking I'm good to go for a complete collection if I just buy Flashpoint Campaigns: Germany Reforged as an addon to my owned Flashpoint Campaigns: Red Storm Player's Edition. Is this correct?

Red Storm Player's Edition is what the game was called after the 2.06 update (or was it 2.04, been awhile). As for Germany Reforged, it is a DLC for Red Storm and is a rework of all of the scenarios and maps for the original Flashpoint Germany game made many moons ago. You need Red Storm to play Germany Reforged.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!
