Server Error Problem

Hi if anyone can help here

I have tried to start a few games online accepted challenges etc but each
time a get a bounce back of 'server error' and cannot open the file

Has this happened to anyone else and if so how do you resolve it?

PS Its not a Bootleg Copy!
