Naval Brigades

Playing USSR...June 1942...How to transform Naval Brigades to Rifle Divisions? New Manual says (page 107) Naval Rifle Brigades can be converted to Rifle Corps...but "b" hotkey doesn't work for them. Advice please on what I'm missing. Thanks

Some of this stuff does my head in... there is a Naval Infantry Brigade and a Naval Rifle Brigade, 2 different beasts. One can be combined with rifle divs to form a corps and one can't.

Rifle yes, infantry not
+ all 3 units have to be under same HQ and have at least one movement point left
WitE dev team - (aircraft data)
WitE 1.08+ dev team (data/scenario maintainer)
WitW dev team (aircraft data, partial data/scenario maintainer)
WitE2 dev team (aircraft data)

Naval Infantry Bde are elite troops, much higher Morale in the game than the Naval Rifle Bde that are regular infantry.
