I am sorry for the late response.

It should be in the briefing, but maybe the old one has been uploaded.

Anyway, here is the current version of the Short Briefing.

It is described on page 8.

It is 3x 140 shock turns to boost the german offensive in 41.

Ahh I now know why I did not see this as it is in the latest version and not the version that me and Fogger are using.

Thanks Teufeldk
However I still don't get it, I think.

Is it like 3 times extra 140 per current turn?

When you use one of the options you get 140 shock the next turn.

You still get the shock bonuses from the cities (for instance in turn 7 you get 150 shock if you hold Riga, Vilnius and Lvov)

So dont use any og the 3 offensive efforts om turn 6 så og World then just be wasted)

Use one or more of them to break the soviets if they try to make a line somewhere for instance.

We have made them to make the German offensive stronger and less predictable.

Great - thanks for the explanation, will try it (I'm already in first week of August and Soviet defense is getting stubborn)

After playtesting it I can say it is a half succes.
The problem is that it's for the next turn which makes it difficult to use to full advantage. You have to really think when activating one of them chits. If you miscalculate you may well waste it because instead of crushing the enemy you'll be chasing him.

Was there a reason for such implemantation, like game engine limitation?
I would much prefer activating it for the given turn (and perhaps 20-30% effect on the following turn for more realism).

It is the game engine.

There are no way to activate an Theater Option in the current turn.

Thanks Kristian :)

How can I edit it? With the event editor?
I'd like to try a staggered approach with effects: ca.2/3 in T+1 and 20-30% in T+2

Yes, you will have to use the event editor.

The events covering the 3 Barbarossa offensives are event number 7700 through 7716
