You can press F1 in nearly any menue of the factory to get detailed information.
Press F1 while hovering with the mouse over a weapon in the weapon menue and you'll get detailed information (the statistic is in the weapon window itself)
Press F1 while hovering with the mouse over a certain system like scanners, shield etc. and you'll get detailed information.
Press F1 while hovering with the mouse over any other menue item and you'll get information on what to do with it...
I planned it for ToS:WS (no kidding
), but time was running short, so only the next game will have somebody (probably me...) reading the information loud if you press F2 or something
