Stop AI subs from trying to attack SOSUS

So I keep noticing red subs go offensive and start clustering around my SOSUS nets. I have set the SOSUS unit to not be auto detectable, but somehow they still find the thing. Anyone have any advice on how to stop this behavior.

Here is a save on a play test, I warn you at this point there are still 4542 Au. If you open the save you will see K-81 Juliet class and K 206 Oscar class just circling sosus Andoya 1 in the Norwegian sea. Both subs are on a sea control mission, and bottom fixed array is not auto detectable, but yet both subs found and are circling it like morons.
