Seeking a Beginner-Average Soviet Player

I'd consider myself an "average" German player. I've played several GC against the AI and a server game that went until mid '43 but that was a few years ago and I'm rusty, and definitely intimidated by the skill level out there since I understand the basics but not the intricacies. I'm wondering if there are any soviet players who would be willing to cut their teeth against an ok German player to go the distance. I'm looking for the following conditions, but am open. I'm good for anywhere from 4-8 turns/week.

GC '41-'45 bitter end
Fog of War and Movement Fog of War on
Lock HQ Support
Random Weather
Reduced Blizzard Effect
no Soviet Combat Bonus
Better CV Math
