Conclusions:

This hypothetical version allowed me to test out the impact that Van Dorn might have had at Shiloh had he made it there on time. It was a very near thing, but most of Grant’s army, including Grant and Sherman were eliminated. Imagine the impact that would have had on the overall war. It may not be a balanced situation, so not much of a candidate for two-player play. But it was fun playing it solo.
