Gary Grigsby’s World at War is back with a whole new set of features. World at War: A World Divided still gives complete control over the production, research and military strategy for your side, but in this new updated version you’ll also be able to bring spies into the mix as well as neutral country diplomacy, variable political events and much more. Perhaps the largest item is the ability to play a special Soviet vs. Allies scenario that occurs after the end of World War II.

Noticed this game is on sale, wondering if anyone ever play it or even interesting of buying it?

I did though about buying it last year, but they asked too much for it and nothing special going on here on the forum about that game.

Can someone tell me if this game worth picking up??

I'm afraid the forum is pretty much dead, nonetheless I'm still subscribed to all of its threads and get an email each time anyone makes a post.
This said the game for me is a gem, if you ever played Axis & Allies you will love A World Divided.
Once you get the hang of it the AI will become very predictable and you will have to switch to pbem, and to be honest it may be hard to find opponents but not impossible.
Right now I'm running a pbem.
For 16 dollars it may be worth buying it and take advantage of the discount, if I were to pay the undiscounted price I would think it twice.
