Can't place a unit

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Is this WAD?

Halifax is blockaded so I can't place the Allied DD that is scheduled to arrive.

Hi Christolos

It's because the port has been damaged. You'll need to drive those U-Boats away, and once the port has repaired to strength 5 you'll be able to deploy the Destroyer there.
