Formations - How to Change?

Hey,

I'm wondering how I can change the formation of a company (wedge, left, right, straight, etc). The Formation button in the bottom left is always greyed out. I can never get the popup to work, but the hot keys work for setting this (but I never remember them).

Any help would be appreciated.

If the scenario designer has locked the formation then the formation shape cannot be changed in the setup phase.

The hotkeys work? That must be after the setup phase.

You are right. I tried the formation button in the setup phase, keys after the steup phase. Thanks.
