Not true. You can save traded oil in any city or port the receiving major power controls. I always send the traded oil out of Persia into Egypt.

Persia is not a "trade" oil from the starting trade list.

Try saving the Ven oil to a non-CW country. It doesn't work.

You are losing me on this one. Persia is one of the pre-set trade oils just like Venezuela. The 3 from Venezuela to the CW have to go to a CW possession somewhere. You can't send oil you are receiving in a trade deal to anyone else in the same impulse. Is that what you are driving at?

Sorry, I am confusing. Especially when I forgot about Persia lent oil. Let me start over.
Numerous times in MWIF I am unable to save lent oil to the CW from NEI, Ven, and Persia to any place but Canada, Egypt, India, Aust, or UK. It has worked in a few of the carribian islands that the CW owns. But I am unable to save anywhere else no matter how many convoys I have. This is netplay.
