Game Manual does not open

Game Manual does not open

Global Conflict looks like a really good game but I can't figure out how to play it by trial and error.
When I try to open the Game Manual I get a message like "Can't connect to server".

Sorry to hear about the trouble, have you tried opening the Manual from within the installation Manuals folder instead?
