How does CPU pay events?

How does CPU pay events?

Hi, when an event must be paid for be triggered... if the CPU has no MPP's to pay what happens? The event is not triggered or it is triggered and the CPU MPP's turn negative?

The answer is the event will be triggered for negative MPP at turn end, this is how it works for players as well.
