[Possible very minor bug] Exit units button

When a stack of German units entered a Exit hex, the "Exit Units" button appeared.

It did not disappear when other units were selected, even though pressing has no effect other than displaying a window stating that units can only exit through Exit Hexes.

The button disappeared when the Movement Segment was ended.
