How to deploy reinforcements in Order of Battle?

Hi friends. I haven't play OoB for about 4 years. I've tried searching on youtube for this topic, but found no help.
The game keeps telling me I have reinforcements available. Well...how the heck do I deploy them? I think I've pressed every icon on the screen.
The OoB game manual offers no help. the word reinforcements is not mentioned.

best advice is to try main, as this is just for tech support questions and problems etc

there is a tutorial in game which does show more than just the basics, and also a manual, as i can't remember either off the top of my head i'm sorry to say

What main forum are you talking about? There is no main forum for OoB WWII. [&:]
