You could try this one:

Battle Link

Thanks, I will. Now is there a scenario of the follow on attack by the Germans as stated in this scenario's description? "Forty-eight hours later the Germans 21 Pz e 15 Pz Div. launched a counterattack that culminated in the battle of El Guettar."

That I don't know.

But you could search the database over at the blitz and see what they have?

There are hundreds of scenarios available there.

El Guettar
It was 10th and 21st Panzer. Anyway; I'll have a look if I can find it. If so, I'll let you know.

The only scenario I could find was Maknassy Pass.

24 March, 1943
Maknassy Pass, 260km SSW of Tunis, Tunisia: [Best played as Allied]
After the poor American performance during the February battles
around Kasserine, Eisenhower looked for a new commander to energize
the US II Corps. That man was General George S. Patton Jr. By
mid-March, Patton had "fired up" the various units of his new
command and II Corps had recovered the ground lost and pushed
east to El Guettar and Maknassy.

Hope that helped.

Thanks. I found this one too and thought that it is about Patton's attack after El Guettar but maybe it includes the El Guettar fight too. I'll take a look at it.
