Too Easy. BB South Dakota alongside AR Prometheus after being shot up in Second Naval Battle of Guadalcanal.

That one caught a torpedo in the best spot possible. Two other DDs in the TF were sunk by torps from the same salvo.
I'm too lazy to look up the names of the two DDs that survived the battle and went alongside Prometheus after.

The obvious question is - "Will each shell do at least 0ne Million Dollars worth of damage?" If not, someone needs to look at this again and rethink it.

If it's not the famous photo of the Yamato threatening to shoot the Prometheus unless she hands over her children then it's the aerial photo taken in Noumea's "Great Roads" Anchorage on Nov 20th showing (top to bottom) SoDak, Prometheus, Mahan and Conyngham, the latter two receiving their final repairs from USS Prometheus after being involved earlier in separate collision incidents (Mahan's with SoDak, Conyngham with transport USS Fuller).
This was the only sig line I could think of.
