Problems with the game

Hello, I'm steaming and every time I finish my turn I receive this message [ "FAILED (draw_war_map_on_war_map_surface): Segmentation violation" ] and the game closes ... How do I fix it? My version is 1.01

Sorry to hear about the problem, is this with a particular campaign or more than one?

Can I also ask, have you installed/edited any image files or is this happening with the game as installed?

Hello, it is the first campaign, 1939 world at war. I have not played another one at the moment.
This is happening with the game installed as it is, I have not touched anything, nor edited image, but it is happening every turn or every two turns.
