Seasonal Turns Weak Air Mod

Minimally tested but posted here in case anyone wants to try it. Feedback welcome.

features:

- seasonal simultaneous turns, summer weekly, spring and fall two weeks, winter 1 month
- weekly resource production cut 75%, normalized for the longer turn seasons
- research advance speed reduced 70%
- maritime bombers reinforcement cheaper and faster
- fighter, tac, and strat bombers reduced land target damage 30%, increased target demoraiization (didn't change medium bombers because the editor decrement value would have taken it to zero land damage effect)
- land AP reduced 30-40%; this required reduction of 1 AP penalty for mountain movement. Otherwise movement in China is practically impossible.


The bitmaps included are for the Phalen Bleached Map Mod and Sipres Counter Mod, but just cut those from the folder if you want the defaults.
