Moving unit

I am having a problem moving units. I followed the basic outline in the training scenario (p 30, in 1.19) However where the instructions say to hold down Control, I have no luck - NOTHING HAPPENS. Is there anything that I am doing wrong?

Units can move in the Movement Segment or the Advance Segment only.

- First you select the Hex where you units are by left clicking on the hex. The hex will ow have a yellow outline

- Then select the unit in the Unit Control Panel to the bottom left. You do that by left clicking on the unit in this Panel. If you want to selct more then one unit press and hold Control key and left click on the units. There should now be white outlined adjacent hexes which is the hexes you can move to.

- Right click on the hwx you want to go to.
