Could someone help me to undrestand how works the british HQ? In terms of supply and attachments?

Can British from uk HQ supplies both uk and sudanese south african indian etc troops? And can you attach those troops to the HQ?

What about the sudanese hq and indian troops etc?

The British HQ can command all minor forces "reporting" to the UK. Each minor HQ can command only their troops.
