Cannot load this scenario

Okay, so I go through playing a scenario, and half way through, after re-starting the computer, I can't get into my scenario anymore. I get the following message when trying to open it:

This version of TAOW can not load this scenrio

Any ideas?

Which scenario is it? Have you got a .SAL in order for somebody trying to load it?

I think it's trying to tell you that the scenario was created by an older version of the game engine. Or a newer version of the game engine. I'm not sure which. Right click on the game engine executable file and ask for properties and the details tab will tell you which version of game engine it is.
