Hi, how can I know the exact quantitative effect (e.g. in terms of % of improvement of defensive stats) of each stage of dug-in position - (D)efense, (E)ntrenched, (F)ortified) ?

Look at the terrain effects table on this picture. Notice that the terrain effect and the deployment effect will be combined as sqrt(terrain^2 + deployment^2), if my memory doesn't fail me, i.e. a hypotenuse of both vectors put perpendicular to each other. But it can't be greater than the fortified deployment benefit.

Hover your mouse over the hex in question and the
Status Bar at the bottom of the screen will have
the properties of the hex; kind of terrain, % of
entrenchment if any and so on.
Does the CIA still do wet work, from time to time, depending on the National Security threat say......?
