Decima Mas

How do one use the Italian Decima Mas attack divers? I've searched the manual and forum, but can't find any info on this. Can it somehow move to Allied ports and attack naval units therein, or is it just an additional special forces unit?

This is a simulation.
A Decision script will run and give the Axis a choice to employ the divers; for a small cost.
If one selects yes, a strength script will run and cause damage to Allied naval units in ports.

Ok. Thanks. I'm playing the game for the second time, had to stop the first session when I discovered I'd been unaware of certain important things. I had a vague memory of reading something about the divers earlier, so I bought the unit. I'm still pre-Barbarossa in the present session, so I take it that the script will kick in again later on. Fine.
