Odd quirk of the game.

When I spend all AP with a CV I can still use my planes but if I right click I can't do that anymore. What is the point of this mechanic? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Thanks and this looks to be purposeful (at least as so far as the code is currently implemented), but let me confer with Bill as I investigate further.

We've discussed this, but can't think of the reason why we made it purposeful, so we will reverse it and have Carriers act just like all other naval units in this situation.
