FYI: Soviet Shock Army

This is the first time I noticed that the Build Time for Soviet Shock Army is 1 month.

I like it this way, but I suspect it should not be this way.

This still isn't fixed in the recent patch. Also, I recall this same bug in the previous game (long since fixed). How did it happen again?

There were some things that didn't make it into this patch, it's still noted so hopefully I'll be able to include it in the next one. [:)]
