Help With Initial Setup

I've played the tutorial scenarios and then tried to play ASL A "The Guards Counterattack" as the Germans. I cannot figure out how to do anything in the initial setup. I realize some scenarios the unit starting positions are fixed, if that's the case how do I end the setup phase? There's no red button to click in the upper right corner to end the phase and I can't find anything in the manual referencing this.

Thanks! Ok next dumb question...unable to use DCs. I move adjacent to enemy unit, select the DC and hit "C" but the Move/DC menu pops up and immediately disappears. I'm trying to follow the procedures in the manual verbatim but can't seem to get it to work.

Problem solved, the movement menu doesn't show up when your res is set to 3440 x 1440, lowered rex and it appears and could place DCs per the manual.
