A Couple More Questions and Suggestion

Post by canuckgamer »

1. Can units be removed from the map so that I can see the terrain in a hex and or minefields?

2. When I click on some units, a number of hexes are highlighted in different colours such as yellow or green. I know the move arrows are green, yellow, and blue but not sure what these highlighted hexes represent since they are far enough away I didn't think they were hexes the unit could move to that turn.

3. Playing the Sid Barrani scenario. I selected the 7th Armoured Dvision HQ and allocated combat and movement supply to it and all subordinate HQs. In the HQ chain of command the 4th Armoured brigade is under the command of the 7th Armoured Division. However when I clicked on 4th Armoured brigade units they only has basic supply. Shouldn't the units of the 4th Armoured brigade had combat and movement supply?

I have been viewing replays using the frame by frame option so that I can view the info for each battle in detail. When there are a large number of battles I sometimes can't tell which battle is the latest to be displayed so wondering if that could be somehow highlighted so I wouldn't ended up clicking on ones I had already viewed.

Thanks.

Yep, there's a button on the middle left that when preseed shows a few more buttons. One of those buttons (looks like a hex),
makes units transparent so you can see the terrain.
2. When I click on some units, a number of hexes are highlighted in different colours such as yellow or green. The yellow hexes are the hexes you could move too if the enemy wasn't there. So if you think you're going to destory an enemy unit that's in the way, then it'll show which hexes any other of your units could move too if the enemy wasn't there.

Should be. Where the other HQs of the 7th Arm Div in correct supply (e.g. 7th Arm Brigade)?

Will have a look to see what I can do!
