Unable to see on counters if upgrade is available ?

Hello, I do not understand I can not see below right corner on my units counter if upgrades are available
(number in green color when upgrade available, black color if no upgrade).
It works very well on the opus "war in Europe" but not on "world at war". [:(]

I have the solution, i forgot to activate the "u" key…
