Can't play additional scenarios of SC3 Community Pack!

Every time I choose additional scenarios of Community Pack, I see error messages below. Download was successful. I can play all of original scenarios of SC3.The game was updated with the patch 1.15.02.I changed Windows DPI scaling level settings of my PC from 150% to 100% and restart it as advised by Help Desk of Slitherine. The Help Desk was not able to solve my problem and advised me to post my issue in the game's forum so that the game's developer might offer me a suggestion. So please!

Sorry to hear about the trouble, and I believe this is an issue linked to likely your username on Windows. Does it by any chance have special characters like the following? ł

If so, there will be an update very soon that will address this issue. The alternative is to temporarily install and run the game from another user name on windows without any special characters etc. until the next update.

My username is composed of alphabet letters(and a space between my first name and my last name)only.Is there any other possible reason?

Very odd and then in this case what I would suggest is trying to delete the campaing.png file in the following folder to see if that will at least get you started with the '1939 Calm Before The Storm' mod. If it works then you can try the same with the other mods to get those going as well.
