Hi help me with regard to train or ship transport!

I love operation art of war 4 and I think it is the best wargame ever made! I really like the ability to use PO or AI assisst to help me move large amount of troops. But right now I have a problem. How do I have the AI use train? or ship transport? Must I do this manually? Please answer thank you!

It's a try and see what works approach, each situation could be different. Probably easier to move by rail or sea manually if that is ok for you. I've never tried to get PO Assist to move by rail or sea, but to get the PO to move like this it's generally a good idea to have Obj 1 at the units' start location and Obj 2 at the units' intended destination. Sometimes having Obj 1 at the units' intended destination works better.

I have reason to believe that I've seen Elmer move units by rail. D21's Soviet side is driven by Elmer and it's routine to see Elmer use the rail.
Does the CIA still do wet work, from time to time, depending on the National Security threat say......?
