Replacement Disk

Ok, I have done a very stupid thing. I inadverntly ended up with two CDs in one CD drive. After a lot of crunching, grinding, and clunking noises, I now have two completly unreadable disks. One of those was UV. Now, what is the procedure for buying a replacement disk? I looked all over the main Matrix page and could not find any place to ask there.

I am bumping this in the hopes that matrix will read and respond in some fashion. I sent an email to help@matrixgames.com and have not got an answer.
